QC & Traceability

With the support of our ERP software, we assign a unique identification number to each product we manufacture. After the forging process, every product is laser-marked. This marking allows us to trace when the product was manufactured, on which production line, and by which team. Additionally, before being shipped or stocked, all finished products undergo micron-level precision inspections on three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines. Beyond visual inspections, attributes such as roundness, ovality, taper, parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity, size, and thickness are measured in fine detail and recorded. These identity numbers, assigned after forging, are logged and stored in our system. Upon the request of the end user or our business partners, the measurement data of a product can be provided immediately. Manufacturing defects are detected and separated independently of human error. If the product can be repaired, it is; otherwise, it is designated for recycling.
