Design & Prod. Development

Design is the starting point of production. With our computer-aided design (CAD) programs, we meticulously design our products down to the smallest detail. During this design process, we can digitally produce the products, determine their weights, and set tolerances. In addition to our capability to design existing products for production, we can improve current products or even design them according to specific systems. We can present the three-dimensional versions of our newly designed or redesigned products to our business partners for review. With our 3D printer, we can also produce prototypes of our designs. The other components of a connecting rod are equally important for maintaining quality. We engage in design, R&D, and development activities for the components we use. In this regard, we have pioneered the development of copper- and nickel-based, locked-type bimetal bushings that minimize wear and ensure long life, complying with the European Union's REACH regulations. We use these value-added bushings in our products. For another crucial component, our bolts, we continue to enhance our quality by using bolts made from crack-tested high-grade steel, with 10.9 or 12.9 quality ratings. The two parallel lines and a single underline are the signature of our design in our logo and it can be seen on the products we manufacture.
