BMY PRODUCES SMARTER WITH MES

To enhance production efficiency, enable real-time data flow, identify the root causes of waste and defects, and ensure that all these aspects are measurable, reportable, and cost-accountable, we have integrated the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) into our existing Canias ERP system. In the project we initiated in collaboration with SMART Factory, we installed industrial computers on all machinery and equipment used in production. These industrial computers are designed to provide continuous data flow from operators and machines. This data serves as a guiding tool for achieving smarter and more efficient production.
